Pichwai Painting Lord Krishna Holi Festival

Pichwai is a traditional Rajasthani art style that dates back roughly four centuries. The paintings were traditionally used as a backdrop for Hindu deities in Hindu temples to commemorate various seasons, festivals, and events in Lord Krishna's life. These pieces were created by two artists over the course of roughly a month using natural colours on Cotton Canvas.
